Planful Promotes Melissa Dreuth to Chief Customer & People Officer to Reinforce Best-in-Class Customer Support

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., February 12, 2025 — Planful Inc., the pioneer of financial performance management cloud software, today announced the promotion of Melissa Dreuth to Chief Customer & People Officer from her prior role as Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Dreuth will now oversee all customer-facing functions, Business Operations, and the People function.

Dreuth has been with Planful since 2019 and has extensive experience in customer support and operations, human resources, and business strategy within high-growth multinational organizations including Infor, Base CRM (acquired by Zendesk), and Betts Recruiting.
