Sandbox Terms of Use

For Sandbox Annual or Short-Term Use:

Database size for sandboxes cannot exceed 500GB

Sandbox Refreshes can be done by requesting a refresh through a Planful Support ticket

At the conclusion of the paid term for the sandbox, immediate decommission of that sandbox will take place which includes removing access and all data associated with it. In order to avoid decommission, a new order form must be signed which can be handled by your Account Management team.
