Chief Financial OfficerShane HansenShane Hansen is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Planful. He has over 15 years of finance and technology experience, with significant go-to-market, analytics, and business performance expertise. Prior to joining Planful in April 2020, Hansen served as Divisional CFO for Vivint Smart Home, where he had previously served as Vice President (VP) of Finance, Strategy, Innovation & Business Development. Before that role, Hansen held several key financial analytics, go-to-market, and value creation leadership positions with security software leader Symantec, where he became the VP of Finance, Enterprise Security.Earlier in his career, Hansen served as a financial analyst, law clerk, and consultant/developer for various organizations after completing a Fulbright fellowship. Hansen’s academic credentials include an MBA from the Wharton School, a JD from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Russian and international development from Brigham Young University. Chief Technology OfficerSanjay VyasSanjay Vyas is an accomplished technologist with a successful track record for building engineering teams that deliver scalable systems and platforms. He joined Planful in 2015 and under his leadership, the company’s engineering team has nearly doubled in size with a top-notch management team. Prior to Planful, Sanjay was vice president of product management at CA Technologies through the acquisition of Arcot Systems, Inc. where he was vice president and general manager of SaaS. Sanjay has a B. Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Bombay and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. He holds multiple patents in payment authentication and analytics of unstructured data; and is the co-author of a book, “The Cloud Security Rules: Technology is your friend. And enemy.” Senior Vice President of Product ManagementMark BauerMark Bauer comes to Planful with 20 years of Product Management, Technical Sales, Finance and Consulting experience. Mark has been with Planful a total of 9 years, and currently serves as a Senior Vice President of Product Management. Before joining Planful, Mark was with Oracle where he led the team that was responsible for Product Management for the Oracle Business Intelligence Suite. Prior to Oracle, Mark held various roles in Product Management and Technical Sales with Hyperion Solutions and Arbor Software.Prior to working in the Software space, Mark was responsible for Finance, Planning and Analysis for a Pepsi Bottling operation. Mark also held various positions with Andersen Consulting working with a variety of clients in the consumer-packaged goods and manufacturing industries. Senior Vice President OF People & CultureMelissa DreuthMelissa Dreuth is a dynamic HR & Operations professional with experience working in fast paced multinational organizations. She has a passion and talent for developing high-performance workplace cultures with proven results in increasing company performance. Before joining Planful, Melissa was the VP of People and Operations at Betts Recruiting where she helped scale their team into new markets and doubled the team size. Prior to that she served as the Director of People at Base CRM (now Zendesk sell) as well as Infor, following Infor’s acquisition of Orbis. Senior Vice President of MarketingRowan TonkinRowan Tonkin is an experienced Sales and Marketing leader in fast growing global organizations. Rowan joins Planful as SVP, Marketing where he is responsible for leading go-to-market strategy and all aspects of creating, nurturing and enabling demand for Planful. Rowan most recently led growth for OmniSci as VP of Revenue Operations and Marketing Demand Center and prior was responsible for Sales and Marketing Solutions at Anaplan. Senior Vice President of North America SalesPier BarattoloPier Barattolo is a seasoned, international sales leader with a proven track record of scaling sales and client services teams at hypergrowth B2B companies. As a hands-on, strategic sales executive, he has a passion for driving customer adoption and excellent customer service. As a graduate of GE Capital’s Financial Management Program, Barattolo’s deep domain knowledge in the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) space helped drive high-revenue growth and customer adoption during his service at Adaytum, Cognos, and Business Objects.
