Product Issues happen, Thankfully our team of experts are happy to help and resolve! Here’s how we prioritize customer issues:

Urgent priority

If the production system is down, or the business operations/productivity is severely impacted with no available workaround, or there is a critical security issue.

High priority

If the production system is operating but the issue is causing significant disruption of business operations; a workaround is unavailable or inadequate, or there is a security issue.

Normal priority

If the system is operating and issue’s impact on the business operations is normal to low; a workaround or alternative is available

Low priority

If there is a minor inconvenience and does not impact business operations in any significant way; issues with little or no time sensitivity.
